1. Direct billing including:
(*) Hospitalization due to illness, disease
(*) Surgery due to illness, disease
(*) Outpatient treatment due to illness, disease
2. Timeline:
To submit claim: 180 days from the end of the treatment
To proceed claim: 10-15 working days
3. For relatives who have not joined policy (Because they have not been to Vietnam) at the same time as the Employee but will join at the time within 30 days from the date of entry to Vietnam. In all cases, the Insured must provide PVI with a passport showing the date of entry for proof.
4. Collecting claim records
Time: 8.30am [every Tuesday and Friday]

5. Compensation at L’Hôpital Francais de Ha Noi and Vinmec International General Hospital Times city:
(*) Direct billing: applied only for Inpatient (illness/diseases) under 100,000,000 VND
(*) Claim back: applied for Outpatient and Accident
– Time to proceed claim: 05-07 working days
– All medical documents (including invoice): apply same address’s insured person
– Description must required ICD code
